QuoteSnappy is a quoting and estimating tool operated by RichPitch Labs LLC. By creating an account or using QuoteSnappy, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
The Free plan allows up to 3 saved quotes per month. QuoteSnappy Pro includes expanded features and unlimited saved quotes. Regional subscription pricing is based on the business country saved to the account and may differ by market.
An eligible account may receive one 14-day QuoteSnappy Pro trial before its first paid Pro subscription. Stripe securely collects the payment method used for the trial. No subscription charge is due during the trial. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the selected monthly or annual plan begins billing automatically at the price shown at checkout. Re-subscribing after a prior subscription does not create another free trial unless QuoteSnappy expressly offers one.
Recurring subscriptions renew until canceled. Eligible customers may update payment methods, review invoices, and cancel future renewal through the Stripe-hosted billing portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. During a trial, cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge.
QuoteSnappy may use AI to help draft estimates, line items, quantities, and suggested prices. You are responsible for reviewing every estimate for actual job conditions, local costs, taxes, measurements, permits, materials, labor, and scope before sending it to a customer. QuoteSnappy does not guarantee the accuracy or profitability of an estimate.
Use QuoteSnappy only for lawful business activity. Do not misuse accounts, evade subscription controls, interfere with security, upload malware, impersonate another person, or use the service to create fraudulent estimates.
QuoteSnappy may rely on Stripe, Base44, email services, AI providers, authentication providers, and other third parties. Their availability and policies are outside QuoteSnappy's complete control.
