Delete your QuoteSnappy account and data

QuoteSnappy is operated by Rich Pitch Labs. You can request account and associated data deletion without signing in or reinstalling the app.

Request deletion by email

Email admin@richpitchlabs.com from the email address used for your QuoteSnappy account. Use the subject “QuoteSnappy account and data deletion.” Tell us whether you want your whole account deleted or specific records removed. Do not send your password or payment-card details.

We may need to verify account ownership. If you cannot access your account email, contact the same address for help. Administrator accounts require this assisted process.

Delete from the app

  1. Open Settings and use Manage billing to cancel paid renewals first. Contact support if you cannot access billing.
  2. In Settings, select Delete Account and read the confirmation.
  3. Confirm only when you are ready to permanently remove the account and app records. Unused quote credits are removed.

Financial-record review

If your account has invoices, payment history, business expenses, mileage, billing records or paid-referral records, automatic deletion stops before deleting anything. Email the deletion request above so required retention, paid renewals and complete cleanup can be reviewed. The app does not submit that email request for you.

What is removed and what may remain

The in-app process removes supported quotes, invoices, customers, campaigns, social profiles, business-expense and mileage records, merchant settings, usage records and unused quote credits before removing your account. Deletion is irreversible. If an operation fails, some records may already have been removed; retry or contact support to complete the request.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a Stripe subscription. Billing records, previously uploaded logos, provider logs, backups, and estimates already shared with recipients are not all removed by the automatic process. Contact us to request removal of remaining personal data. The automatic process does not clean up every payment-history, billing, referral, access-code, uploaded-file, AI conversation or memory record. Request complete cleanup by email. Financial retention depends on applicable tax and accounting laws, unsettled transactions, refunds, disputes and fraud investigations. Provider logs and backups follow their retention and recovery cycles; removal is not immediate. Recipient copies cannot be recalled.
